Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions of service constitute a legally binding contract between Company and Customer.

1. Offering door to door pick up service unless you live in a residential area with a specific set of rules that prohibit such operation. If your vehicle is oversized or inoperable you may incur extra charges. All vehicles regardless of condition must roll, brake and steer.

2. We at Vehiclehaul with our several year’s experience, offer our clients standard, special and express services. Your car will be shipped to you in the shortest possible time span. Should you cancel your shipment, you will be refunded. Similarly, Vehclehaul reserve all rights to reject any order refunding you fully.

3. All mounted and non permanent luggage will be removed prior to shipment. Vehicles must be in good running condition unless otherwise noted, with no more than half a tank of fuel.

4. Luggage and personal property must be confined to trunk not exceeding 100lbs. Carrier is not liable for personal items left in vehicle, nor for any damage that may come to the vehicle due to inproper loading and unloading, Vehiclehaul accepts no liability for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.

5. Although rare, trucking damage claims are the responsibility of the assigned carrier who by law is required to carry a minimum of 3/4 of a million public liability. Allow access for your car to be inspected. All claims must be submitted in writing to the assigned carrier within the terms of that carriers bill of lading and all claims must be noted and signed for at time of delivery. Vehiclehaul is not responsible for any damages but it will share the carrier insurance policy information upon request. The assigned carrier and he alone is responsible for your vehicle while handling it.

6. No electronic equipment, valuables, plants, live pets, alocohol, drugs or firearms may be left in the vehicle.

7. This agreement subject to all terms and conditions of the carrier’s tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading, copies of which are available at the office of the carrier.

This supersedes all prior oral or written form of representation of Vehiclehaul and makes up the entire agreement between customer and Vehiclehaul. It may not be changed except in writing and signed by a Vehiclehaul officer.
