A: The necessary information in order to get an exact price quote for your shipping is as follows:

- Pickup location
- Drop off location
- Year
- Model

Q: How do I know which type of transportation is best for me?

A: In case you are unsure whether to transport your vehicle using Open or Enclosed car shipping HERE you can find the key differences between the two.

Q: Do you offer Door to Door services?

A: Of course, so if you decide to use our services you choose the Pickup and Drop Off locations.

Q: Can I put personal goods in the vehicle?

A: You can put up to 100 lbs of your personal stuff in the vehicle, however you will be doing so at your own risk.

Q: Does the car have to be clean prior to transportation?

A: Yes. We recommend your vehicle be clean prior to pick up so that any scratches or damage on the car prior to transportation can be noted.

Q: Is my vehicle insured during transport?

A: Yes. You will be able to claim any unlikely damage to your vehicle as it will be insured.

Q: Can my vehicle be stored?

Q: When is the vehicle going to be picked up?

This depends on the kind of pick up you opt for. In the case of scheduled you can arrange a desired pick up time with our company. Similarly, same day deliveries will be easily arranged and we will send you a time as soon as possible. If you are in no rush, we will find the most convenient carrier to meet your needs in a timely fashion.

Q: When will the vehicle be delivered?

The delivery of your asset again will depend on the service you choose. If you choose scheduled you will arrange and know the time, same day you will be given an estimated time and if you are opt for standard we will make sure you asset is shipped to you as soon as possible finding the most adequate carrier for you.

Our highly professional customer service offers both online tracking and tracking via telephone and email. We are available 24/7/365 meaning you can find out the exact location of your asset at any given time.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: Regarding payment we accept all cards ( visa, master card, American express) . You can also pay partially by card and partially by cash. Generally, deposit is charged by card and then if you wish you can pay the remaining balance upon delivery in cash.

A: There is a minimum deposit of $150 when making a booking.

Q: What happens if I cancel the car shipping?

A: If for any reason you cancel our services you should do so 2 days prior to pick up. If the reservation has not been canceled the deposit is non-refundable.
